

Samdale has launched a highly competitive support service for users of the United Kingdom’s Airwave Digital Radio system.
The service aptly called “Smart Support”, provides users with world class technical support both on and off site with the peace of mind that comes from a fixed price all-inclusive package.
Samdale’s Smart Support Service is available at 3 levels BRONZE, SLIVER and GOLD.
Each plan provides support services as shown in the table below:

A Smart Support service may be contracted for 2, 3 and 5 years with discounts for 3 and 5 year contracts.
The Smart Support service contract is based on a FIXED PRICE – ALL-INCLUSIVE package.
Smart Support Service customers shall receive a 10% discount on all other Samdale services and products.
The service content of any plan can be modified to suit your requirements.
Note: ARTEMIS & APOLLO licences can be converted into full lifetime licences at the end of a Service Plan at a discount equal to 20% per year of Service Plan purchased.
